Shipping policy

All of our orders will be shipped overnight via FedEx. Some remote locations do not receive overnight shipping. If you are unsure if overnight shipping is offered in your area, please be sure to call FedEx to ensure they offer this at 1(800)463-3339. Extreme weather conditions may also effect deliveries. FedEx will only deliver to a physical address. They do not deliver to PO boxes.

FedEx does not deliver or pickup on most national holidays (i.e. Christmas, Thanksgiving, Fourth of July, or Labor Day). If you are unsure if they will deliver to you on a holiday please check with FedEx or give us a call at (352)795-4700 ext. 1. 

Products are shipped Tuesday-Friday, with a Wednesday-Saturday delivery. Please note, if you choose a Saturday delivery there is an additional charge of $20.00 per package. If you DO NOT select "Saturday Delivery" for an order placed on Friday, your order will not ship out until the following Tuesday.

You will be provided with a FedEx tracking number via email.
